HOW DOES YOUR TEAM CHECK THE QUALITY OF WORK?

We constantly strive to optimize our level of quality and increase productivity so that our clients can achieve their business goals in a shorter time, while reducing their operational cost.
To be more specific, we would like to show you how we check the output quality of work.
We will begin the outsourcing process with our carefully designed workflow, which ensures that we deliver quality services in time and at a reasonable cost. The workflow includes four steps: Project Planning, Process Definition, Execution and Design Verification.
Step 1: In the project planning stage, we will discuss with client to gather information and determine the scope of the project, set the milestone dates, set up the engineering team.
Step 2: The process definition stage begins with an in-depth analysis of the customer's requirements. The project is then allocated to the team, headed by an experienced project manager who signs off the input documents and then sets the team's milestones.
Step 3: The execution stage includes regular quality checks, peer reviews, and external/ internal milestone reviews. Our team will regularly communicate with customer and ask for extra inputs. The stage will end with an internal sign-off on the work.
Step 4: The last stage is called the design verification stage, where the quality of work will be checked by an independent reviewer, and corrections (if any) will be made. The project will again go through a final internal sign-off and then be sent to the customer for review and feedback.
Especially, we do the internal quality control checklist which built from the client’s specific requirements, feedbacks, markups, common issues and this checklist will be updated whenever your project's requirement changes.
Quality is the very essence of our services.
